Desktop Client Guide» Using the ClientChanging your passwordYou can change your user password from within the Desktop Client Application via the "File -> Reset Password" menu item, once you are logged in. If you are logging into the client for the first time (or after your administrator has reset the password), the application will automatically prompt you to change your password.
If the password you enter doesn't meet the minimum criteria set by your administrator a message similar to the one below will be shown. If you do not know what these criteria are, please ask your administrator.
