SecurePayTech Reseller Program

SecurePayTech.com values the relationships it has with Resellers and Integration Partners and is committed to building profitable recurring revenue streams for mutual benefit.

To that end, SecurePayTech.com wholesales it services to Resellers and Integration Partners at the following discount rate:

  • 20% discount on all billable revenue.

The sign up fee for resellers is a one time charge of $150.00 and is designed to encourage only those companies and individuals who are active in the market to apply. In order to retain reseller status, a reseller must have signed up a minimum of three customers within a twelve month period. If this requirement is not met, the reseller discount margin may be removed at SecurePayTech.com's discretion.

The standard set up fee for merchants is a one time payment of $30.00

The billing / payment process is completely automated and requires zero effort from the Reseller. It works as follows:

  1. All Reseller client customers are sent an invoice on the first day of every month for their previous months transactions. The invoice is generated in the name of the Reseller, and a copy is emailed to them as well as to their customer.
  2. The end users credit card is automatically debited for the total value of the invoice, and the funds are automatically deposited into the Resellers merchant account.
  3. SecurePayTech.com Invoices the Reseller at the wholesale rate for the above transactions and then debits their credit card.

The 20% difference between the retail and wholesale rate is retained by the Reseller as their profit margin.

In the event of the end users credit card failing to process, the system will automatically advise the client and the reseller by email, and retry the transaction on a daily basis for five days. Should the credit card still fail, the account will be disabled and collection becomes the responsibility of the reseller for their client.
